Marleen Salim is the Office Manager and comes to VCR Consulting Group with more than ten (10) years’ experience working with a major Career Transition and Talent Development firm. She holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Global Management from the University of Phoenix, Puerto Rico and ICF Coaching Certification. She is also certified in Office Administration, Customer Service, Search Strategy & Networking Techniques and as Resume Writer.
Marleen has been awarded for achieving and supporting outstanding sales revenue and successfully managing and coordinating career transition projects for outpaced employees, within multinational companies in Puerto Rico, Caribbean and USA. She received the Social Responsibility Award, the Legendary Performance Award and recognized for Excellent Client Satisfaction. She is certified with Lee Hecht Harrison’s Career Transition Program, and brings to VCR Consulting Group her passion for helping others to achieve their maximum professional potential.
