Coralie Carrillo is Corporate Treasurer and Senior Vocational Counselor for VCR Consulting Group, Inc. She has been a long standing consultant for VCR with more than 20 years of solid experience in the areas of sales, education and training, supervision, customer service, and operations.
She holds a master’s degree in Education with a major in Counseling and Orientation from the University of Puerto Rico. She also has post-graduate studies in Clinical Psychology, Business Administration, and Marketing.
Born and raised in Puerto Rico, Coralie is fully bilingual and bi-cultural having worked in both the private and public sectors. She has held counseling positions at the university level and with the department of social services. Her experience includes Marketing and Public Relations positions with the Puerto Rico Chamber of Commerce, Department of Health, and the Caribbean Hospital Corporation.
Mrs. Carrillo has worked on large outplacement projects counseling more than 600 people, training close to 1,000 and is expert in the venting process after a notification meeting. She is fully versed and certified in Lee Hecht Harrison’s AIM® methodology helping people in career planning, career decision making, résumé preparation, resiliency workshops, Nine-Steps® workshops (Spanish), job search marketing, and individual coaching.
